My Story
I first discovered my passion for working with groups and individuals when I was a senior in high school and my class was brought together by a two-day intensive, high ropes course. Seeing people’s goodness come out and how groups of disconnected individuals could come together was truly inspiring. I remember thinking to myself that someday I would be leading groups and guiding individuals in a purposeful way.

Ten years later I graduated from California Institute of Integral Studies with a Masters in Organizational Development and Transformation and had a wonderful position at the Grove Consultants International. It was there at the Grove that I learned the fine art of facilitation and graphic recording. In 2000 I joined the team at the Idea Factory where I led high level teams within Fortune 500 companies to think about their strategic vision, purpose and values as companies. I learned how to create environments for innovative thinking and I grew immensely as a facilitator and consultant.

After getting married in 2002 and moving to Washington DC, I realized that my true passion was helping people tap into what had heart and meaning for them in their work and lives. I slowly transitioned out of business consulting and created my own process for people to look within and rediscover what it was they truly connected with and what purposeful things they were meant to do in their lives.

Since 2002, I have been working one on one with people who feel that they are at a crossroads in life. They have fulfilled a certain chapter in their careers and are ready to create their next stage of life that is fulfilling, challenging and purposeful. With each evolution of my life I gain a greater appreciation for how hard change can be and I am passionate when it comes to helping others believe in their own potential to live their fullest and most purposeful lives.
